How does it work?
1. Visit the Returns Center (the only thing you need is your order number). You can also access the Returns Center on www.evystree.com (at the bottom of the page)
2. Choose Return or Size Exchange
3. Print a shipping label (No need to even leave your house!).
Returns and/or size exchanges must be requested within 21 days of shipment date and items must be in the same condition as you received them. Any rewards or discounts that are applied to the order, will be distributed equally to the applicable items in the order when completing a return. Orders must be shipped within the US in order to qualify for this program.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Orders placed online and delivered to the US are eligible for return and/or exchange within 21 days of shipment date. If your order is shipped outside the US, please contact email@example.com. Orders placed at the Evy's Tree Local Shop must be returned to the Local Shop for processing.
Once the returns process has started, returned items must be received within 30 days in order for the refund or exchange to be processed.
All items must be in the same condition in which you received it. Items washed, damaged, stained (food, makeup, deodorant, etc), heavily scented, worn, pilling, having pet hair and/or not in original packaging cannot be returned and may automatically be sent back to you. Anything marked as Final Sale is not eligible for a return and/or exchange.

Eligible items may be returned by mail. You’ll need the order number and shipping zip code to get started. If you don’t have the order number or shipping zip code you can find it in a couple of places:

Send your items using the USPS return label and 7-10 business days from the arrival to the Evy's Tree warehouse for inspection, sorting and a refund to appear in your account. Please note: Packages delivered on Saturdays will not begin processing until the following Monday. A $5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Discounts and/or rewards are not transferable and if used on a returned item the discount order will not be reinstated. If a discount was applied to your entire order, the discount will be divided to each applicable line items and will be deducted from the refund.
If you are requesting a size exchange for the same item, we’d be happy to exchange it for you and honor the original price paid, and you will not be charged the $5 return shipping fee if your requested size is in stock. To complete a size exchange, follow the process at www.evystree.com/returns and select Exchange. Your exchanged item will be shipped as soon as your returned item is scanned by USPS for delivery.
If you’d like to exchange for a different item please follow the return process. Unfortunately, discounts & rewards are not reinstated.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or a Evy’s Tree Gift Card. When returning a gift, you'll receive your refund only on a Evy’s Tree Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. When you return an item that was paid for partially with a gift card, your refund will go back to the gift card first and then to the other form of payment
Holiday Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the high volume of returns and exchanges coming in, returns received between the week after Thanksgiving and January 7th may take up to 15 business days from the date your return is delivered to Evy's Tree warehouse for inspection, sorting and a refund to appear in your account.
Problem with Your Order
If your item is imperfect or if your order is incorrect, please go to the Returns Center and follow the steps for “Problem With My Order.” A picture of your item must be emailed to email@example.com with your name and order number to expedite this request. Customers will not be charged the $5 Return Shipping Fee or the outbound replacement shipping fee.
Gift Cards cannot be returned.
