I understand that my item may take up to 2-3 business days to leave the warehouse once my shipping notification has been emailed.
- I understand that I am responsible for entering the correct mailing address onto my order and that if the mailing address is found to be incorrect, I am responsible for all additional shipping charges that should incur.
Pre - Order
- I understand that my order may contain a pre-order item that will begin shipping on the approximate date listed on the product listing.
- I understand that if I am purchasing a Final Sale item that the item is not eligible for a return, size exchange, or refund.
- I understand that in order for my item(s) to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags in order to be returned and that item(s) older than 30-days are not eligible for a return or exchange
- Furthermore, I understand that not all returns will be granted. Items washed, heavily scented, worn, and/or not in original packaging cannot be returned and may be automatically be sent back to me.
I understand that points earned for a purchase that is returned will be deducted from the Rewards account in the amount equal to the points earned during the original transaction (including any applicable bonus points) and that Rewards vouchers are one time use and will not be reinstated as a result of a return or exchange.
- I understand that I must report a “defective” item within 30-days of receiving the item and that it is at Evy’s Tree discretion to determine if an item is in fact “defective”.
