All Evy’s Tree items are packaged with love and include care instructions and a lightly scented sachet. Please remember that our items are unique and most are handmade, therefore may vary slightly from the pictures. 9.25% sales tax will be added to all California orders.

Shipping
Most of our items are in stock and ready to ship within 3 days of your purchase, unless otherwise noted. All items are shipped from Stockton, CA.
Due to the weight of our items, most of them are required to be mailed priority mail and will be received in 2-5 business days. Some items will be shipped first class and are priced as such. Those items do take a little longer to be received. Unless notified to do otherwise, WE WILL SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ON YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. Please make sure your address on your Paypal is current and correct.
We do ship internationally; please select the international option upon checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges
We want to make sure you are happy with your item. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have a problem with your purchase {ie. wrong size, damaged goods, or simply not what you expected}. We will give you the option of exchanging it for another similar priced item or refunding your money minus shipping within 30 days of customer receipt of item. If you are in need of this, Please ship your returns, along with your invoice, to:

Please remember, the customer is always responsible for shipping costs and refunds will not be made until Evy’s Tree has received the item. Please allow us 2-3 business days for sorting and refund to appear in your account. Lastly, Evy’s Tree reserves the right to add a 10-20% restocking fee to each return. Not all returns will be granted, items worn and/or not in original packaging cannot be returned.
